World’s First Floating Bridge Light Rail / Seattle Cross-Lake Metro Officially Opens
On March 28, the cross-lake light rail connecting Seattle and Bellevue officially opened. As the world’s first light rail running on a floating bridge, it marks a new chapter for public transportation in the Seattle area.
